I offer a number of different services depending on your needs.

Whether working directly with your engineering teams over a quarter (or longer), building your knowledge over a two day workshop or providing one-to-one coaching on an ad-hoc basis, we can find a solution to help you build the quality engineering culture in your teams and organisation.

Most teams see the biggest benefit from my direct engagement via culture coaching over the course of 3 months, where I can get to know the team and the business and make strategic improvements over a period of time, but my workshops and direct coaching can provide you with the learnings from a decade of experience in a number of days, with knowledge tailored to suit your needs.

In addition to my coaching talents, for teams just getting started with their technical quality journey, I can contribute directly as a Principal Quality Engineer, setting up test frameworks, architecture and environments, as well as contributing to code and architecture reviews and spreading technical best practice throughout the team.

While most of my services are fully remote (with regular in-person catch-ups), I can also offer in-person workshops throughout Europe.
